Paul Shapansky is the CEO & Director of Investment Management for Trinity Development Partners. With over 40 years' experience, Paul carries out an array of CEO responsibilities including capital structuring, budgeting, strategic planning, merger integration, financial management with private, public, institutional, and venture capital.

Abraham Wien

Abraham Wien is the COO & Director of Sustainable Development for Trinity Development Partners. With over 40 years' experience, Abraham oversees concept and design development, zoning & entitlements, construction, economic stabilization and exit strategy for commercial assets, multifamily, and hospitality projects.

Julie Lundin

Julie Lundin is the Compliance Officer for Trinity Development Partners. Julie's role focuses on compliance, certification and sustainability to ensure projects enhance long-term value, efficiency and market credibility. Her expertise helps projects meet technical codes, sustainable standards and operational goals.

Brian Fay

Brian Fay is the Vice President of Capital Markets for Trinity Development Partners. With over 13 years' experience, Brian leads ground-up construction, repositioning assets and creating high-performing residential and senior living communities. Brian also has additional expertise in the areas of managing lender relationships, capital structuring and delivering investor-aligned returns.

Max Shah

Max Shah is a dynamic and highly accomplished real estate investor, developer, and strategic dealmaker with a proven track record of success. Since 2014, he has principle an impressive portfolio spanning 3,000+ units across multifamily properties, self-storage facilities, RV parks, single-family rentals, short-term rentals, hotels, gas stations, and large-scale developments.

Amar Nagireddy

Amar Nagireddy is the Vice President of Operations for Trinity Development Partners. With over 20 years' experience, Amar generates returns for investors while minimizing risk through disciplined underwriting, strategic acquisitions, and prudent asset management. Amar specializes in value-add and ground-up projects that are structured to protect investor capital and maximize long-term value.

Ryan Byrne

Ryan Byrne is an operating partner and has a capital advisory role with over 20 years' experience in real estate and finance. He specializes in acquisitions, underwriting, development strategy, and investor relations, with a focus on maximizing investor returns with risk mitigated deal structures. Ryan currently manages over $500M in multifamily and senior living assets across multiple high-growth markets in the US.

Scot Shapansky

Scot Shapansky is a Financial Analyst for Trinity Development Partners. With 15 years' experience in public accounting and consulting, Scot's role is focused on providing financial accounting analysis, budgeting and modeling for Trinity's real estate project portfolio. Additionally, Scot assists with information security compliance from his years of auditing information systems for banks and financial institutions.
